Free Training Runs
Run a Better Bellin Training Runs are free group training sessions, held every Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. (beginning March 21) leading up to the Bellin Run. They are for runners and walkers, both beginners and those more experienced.

Each week we’ll have a 5-10 minute informational session and warm up, followed by a run or walk. Routes will start at 1 mile and will build up to 6 miles.

Coming in 2012: Bellin Run Cross Training Program
Through this eleven-week progressive class, XL Athletic Performance will be instructing Bellin Run participants on the proper technique/cuing of the dynamic warmup, core strengthening, plyometric training, runner strength training, and static cool-down for the endurance athlete.
