Free Training Classes

Make the Bellin Run one of your fitness goals, then join us for group training sessions that will keep you on track. Training sessions are staffed by running and fitness experts from Bellin Health.

Runners and Walkers

This program is open to runners and walkers of all performance levels. Each week we’ll have a 5-10 minute informational session and warm up, followed by a run or walk. Routes will start at 1 mile and will build up to 6 miles.

When:

  • Program starts March 20
  • Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

NOTE: This program continues into mid-October to provide individuals with the group support they need be successful in their favorite summer and fall events.

Walkers Only

This program is exclusively for walkers, beginners and those more experienced. It features fitness experts, valuable information, stretching, and a fun and supportive environment.

When:

  • Program starts March 20
  • Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

Cross Training

Make your Bellin Run training more effective by incorporating cross training into your plan. Weekly sessions feature proper dynamic warm-up, flexibility training, core strengthening, plyometric training, form running and strength training. Space is limited for these indoor sessions. Weekly pre-registration is required. To reserve your spot, call (920) 433-6756.
