2012 Bellin Run: Team Crosfit Goes Hardcore

For most people, competing in a 10-K run is challenging enough. That's why it's hard to imagine why someone would want to make their Bellin Run experience even more difficult on purpose.
That's exactly what Team Crosfit is doing. "We do 25 burpees every mile;" Bellin Runner Tom Schmidt tells us. "A burpee is just all the way down to the ground, chest to the ground, come up, jump up and clap your hands."
The question many want answered is 'Why'? "Why not?" Joe Kasprzycki explains.
