This quick and easy smoothie can be consumed as a recovery drink or meal replacement. The recipe is below; try it today!

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 4-6 oz. water
• 1 cup chocolate Kefir
• 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein
• 1 Tbsp. tart cherry juice concentrate
• 1 cup frozen cherries
• 1 cup baby spinach or kale
• 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
• 3-4 pieces frozen cauliflower florets

Directions:

• Place ingredients into a blender
• Blend until desired consistency is achieved. May add 2-4 oz. of water for a thinner consistency.
