Bellin Run Among Top 10K Races in U.S.

How cool is this? A rankings list in the 2011 Running USA Conference Guide & Running Yearbook places the Bellin Run among the top 15 largest 10K road races in the United States.
The ranking is based on race finishes from 2010.
The Bellin Run – Northeast Wisconsin’s largest mass participatory event – received a record 18,398 registrants last year. There were 15,060 finishers, making the Bellin Run the 7th largest 10K race in the U.S., according to Running USA.

While the numbers show continued growth for the Bellin Run, event organizers have said that the goal isn’t to create a bigger race, rather it’s to create an opportunity for people to set training and fitness goals, meet them and create and pursue new ones year round.
The Bellin Run seeks to positively influence the overall health, wellness and fitness of the Northeast Wisconsin community and beyond.
