From Our Running Expert: Titletown Training Runs
March 19, 2018
Running Expert Nate Vandervest reminds runners that training — at our new location! — is about to begin
The 2018 Bellin Run training is about to kick off! For the past eight seasons we have hosted weekly training runs to help people get ready for the big day. This year will be no different in regards to training, but the venue will be new. Starting Wednesday, March 21, we will be meeting and running from our the new Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, 1970 S. Ridge Road.
This will be a great venue for all runners and walkers. There will be a fresh new variety of training routes that wind through the suburban neighborhoods. Our new facility also offers a free onsite walk-in injury assessment area. So for any runners who have questions about aches and pains, we have someone who can help you — right at the training run!
The new clinic also houses our state-of-the-art running assessments, along with offering a runner-specific strength class. For those who have not been to the clinic, we will gladly give you a quick tour of a truly one-of-a-kind facility filled with the latest technology for training and treatment of athletes.
Can’t wait to get the training runs started!
Always running,
Nate Vandervest
