Our Kids for Running program is a great way to keep kids in the community active and teach them how to set goals while working to support each other to achieve them.
For School Administrators
Each school that participates in Kids for Running will need a designated coach who has signed up by March 1. The coach will be in charge of communicating with our team and participating students and facilitating training opportunities each week leading up to the Bellin Run. For your convenience, we have assembled all of the necessary materials for your school to get started!
Some quick details and benefits:
- Coaches will need to sign up by March 1.
- Students will receive discounted Bellin Run registration when registered by May 1.
- Students will have an opportunity to design this year's Kids for Running t-shirt.
- We are proud to offer brand-new shirts, shoes, shorts, etc. for kids who may not have access to running apparel.
- We will work with your coach to host an informational kickoff event for your school.

For Parents
Kids for Running is a great way for your child(ren) to stay physically active, participate in a community event and engage with other students in a supportive space with a shared goal.
If you are interested in your child's school participating in Kids for Running, we encourage you to talk with any school administrators you think may be interested in being a coach.

- On Bellin Run race day, we ask that you be responsible for ensuring your child is prepared and on time.
- We are proud to offer brand new shirts, shoes, shorts, etc. for kids who don't have access to appropriate running apparel.
- You are responsible for registering your child for the Bellin Run. You will receive discounted registration before May 1.

The Corporate Challenge is a great way to promote health, wellness and team building within your organization through participating in the Bellin Run.
Team Registration
The Bellin Run Corporate Challenge is a free wellness program, designed to promote physical activity for your employees and their families.
If you are ready to set up your Corporate Challenge team:
- Go to Race Roster to get started.
- NOTE: You will be registering yourself during this team registration process (free registration
included). You will first log in to Race Roster either using the email & password you previously
set up, or if you are new to Race Roster you will need to create an account. - New process for those who pay for part or all of employees (and family, for some)
a. Select “Yes” if covering fees
b. Select type of discount (100%, flat amount or % - if you choose % that amount will
change when the price increases)
c. Include amount or % if applicable - Create your team (please use company name) and add a password - “Create team password”
(must be at least 4 characters): - Because you are also registering yourself for the event, you will be asked BOTH for your
captain’s jacket size AND your race shirt size - Please disregard the “Corporate or Promo Code” question
- You will be asked to sign two waivers; this is for your individual registration.
Once you have your team created, you will receive a template for instructions for your participants. See
“Instructions for captains – sent from RR” document for an example of what you will receive.
Program Summary
The Bellin Run Corporate Challenge allows local businesses to compete in the annual race on a participative and competitive basis while promoting fitness and corporate camaraderie. The Bellin Run is a 5K (3.1 mile)10K (6.2-mile) event held for runners and walkers of all participation levels. This year’s event has both an in-person and virtual option. The Corporate Challenge is free. It’s intended to be a fun, educational company wellness program. Some of the benefits of participation in the program include:

- VIP delivery (optional): Delivery of team member race packets to the corporate captain/company location
Note: Group training runs and walks are encouraged, but are not a program prerequisite.
