Free Training RUNS

Wednesdays (starting March 25) / 6 p.m. / Ashwaubenon

It doesn't matter if you are new or a veteran, these group runs will help you. Guided by a Bellin Health Running Coach, each week there will be a short route and a long route to choose from depending on your current fitness level. It's a great opportunity to meet new people and workout in a fun and energetic atmosphere.


Free Training WALKS

Wednesdays (starting March 25) / 5:30 p.m. / Bellevue

Do you want to begin a fitness program but don't know where to start? Start walking! It’s one of the easiest and most beneficial forms of exercise. Weekly walking groups, guided by a Bellin Fitness Center professional, will address pace, proper shoes, strength training, stretching and basic nutrition.


Strength Training for Runners

Thursdays (starting April 9) / 5:30 p.m. / Ashwaubenon

If you're looking for something to supplement your running or walking training, this is the class for you. We will work on strengthening all of the critical areas that runners/walkers need. Become more mobile, stronger and a well-balanced athlete. If you are a better athlete, you will be a better runner or walker. $99/person - 10 weeks
